Job Description
We are looking for a Member Services Representative to join our team! This position will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
Requirements
- Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities including: answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members.
- Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club and complete daily assigned tasks within the first hour of your shift.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, punctuality and reliability, and a positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health!
