TBG is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead projects, manage teams, and drive business development within a thriving design firm. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design
- 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning
- Proven track record in leadership and project management
- Experience managing clients, complex projects, and design teams
- Graphic skills in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and graphics programs
- Strong business development and client relationship-building skills
- Communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to create high-quality work
- Team facilitation experience
