
Job description
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer experience. You will be part of the frontline of TD Canada Trust, building deep and long-lasting relationships with customers.
You will process financial transactions, understand and determine customer needs, respond and resolve customer concerns, achieve assigned goals, and promote banking solutions. You will also connect personally with customers, advise them on banking solutions, and help build a positive work environment.
This role requires a go-getter who can exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, and handle several tasks and changing priorities. You will need strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills, as well as excellent customer experience skills.
