
Job description
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent customer service, process financial transactions, and promote banking solutions. You will be part of the frontline of TD Canada Trust, building deep and long-lasting relationships with customers.
You will process financial transactions, understand and determine customer needs, respond to customer concerns, achieve business objectives, and deliver quality customer experiences.
