
Job description
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will create an exceptional customer experience with every customer interaction and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience. You will work in a team environment, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment. You will be responsible for completing a broad range of financial transactions, assisting with responding and resolving customer concerns, and identifying customer needs and determining solutions to customer problems.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating an exceptional customer experience, completing financial transactions, responding to customer concerns, and identifying customer needs. You will also be responsible for promoting products, advice, services, and banking capabilities, and supporting the achievement of business objectives.
This role requires established customer service skills, a broad knowledge of basic products, and the ability to evaluate and recommend customer solutions. You will have the opportunity to work in a team environment, develop your knowledge and skills, and contribute to a positive work environment.
