Engineering Leader

The job description is for an Engineering Leader position at TE Connectivity. The job involves leading a team of production engineers, improving processes, and managing production equipment. Requirements

• Secondary or higher education in a technical field
• Experience in production engineering (ideally automotive / production environment)
• Experience in managing people or strong leadership potential
• Orientation towards process improvement (Lean, 5S, etc.)
• Knowledge of KPIs (e.g. OEE)
• Ability to manage projects and changes
• Communicativeness and ability to collaborate across the organization
• Responsibility, systematicity and result-oriented
• Advanced level of MS Office
• Knowledge of the SAP environment is an advantage
• FMEA
• Project management
• Lean manufacturing
• AJ - communicative level (calls, emails, audits, visits)
