Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert for sales development best practices, processes, and tools.
Requirements
- Monitor and manage all sales opportunities within the assigned territory using Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates.
- Support and train the sales team to drive opportunities toward successful closure.
- Communicate market trends and technological shifts to Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with TE Energy’s product roadmap and business strategy.
- Introduce new products to the market and ensure proper positioning and adoption.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on market conditions and account performance.
- Travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay (up to 50%) to meet clients, conduct presentations, and support sales initiatives.
