HR BUSINESS PARTNER

HR Business Partner role primarily provides strategic support in workforce data management, HR compliance, policy creation, and talent development for the Continuous Improvement team, Quality, and Central Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR as a generalist, with strong exposure to Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Data/People Analytics.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated ability to drive impactful talent development programs aligned with business goals
