Requirements
- Participate in line layout, material flow and workstation design for new factory
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and new line setup
- Establish IE fundamentals including standard time, capacity and manpower models
- Conduct time study and motion study on shopfloor
- Establish and maintain standard work and standard time
- Perform capacity, manpower and bottleneck analysis
- Identify efficiency and line balance improvement opportunities
- Drive Lean, Kaizen and IE improvement projects
- Support productivity, cost and OEE improvement
- Support SAP / MES data setup (routing, work center, labor time)
- Collaborate with Finance and Planning on capacity and cost analysis
- Prepare IE related reports and analysis
- Work closely with ME, Production, Quality, Planning and Finance.
- Support cross-functional issue resolution during ramp-up phase.
