Manager Quality (m/f/d)

As a Quality Manager at TE Connectivity, you will lead the quality strategy at the Ottobrunn site, establish a quality culture, and build a high-performance quality organization. Your tasks include leadership and development of the local quality team, quality management system implementation, planning and execution of audits, and collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plastics engineering) or equivalent
• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in quality management in a production environment
• Demonstrated leadership competence, as well as experience in building high-performance teams
