Material Planner

Responsible for proper execution and managing stock replenishments from multiple suppliers to TE Plants ensuring supply continuity, and delivering every purchase order from the supplier to the TE site in-full and on-time.

Requirements

• Manage and execute procurement and relating activities for assigned suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment and supply to multiple TE plants
• Analyze, review, and execute resolution to exception message within agreed TAT
• Monitor, report, and improve key performance metrics, including exception message aging, optimal inventory, supplier ship to request, shortages, blocked invoice aging, and supplier performance
• Resolve Price and Quantity discrepancies according to the relevant policies
• Support assigned TE plants with procurement analysis and data to enable strategic decisions
