Requirements

• Initiate/execute strategically plan of process & tooling development following specific project/business planning
• Cooperate/Communicate with other functions and report to upper management in time and correctly for designated NPI projects
• Stand for the assigned team to lead/participate/cooperate in global operation process, events/activities.
• Develop capability and capacity of assigned MPDE teams by assessment, hiring and development program.
• Budget capex, department expense and HC plan
