Job Description
The Plant HR Business Partner serves as a strategic HR partner to Plant Leader and in-country senior management. The role involves implementing global Human Resources policies, driving company-wide programs, and managing talent acquisition, total rewards, and change management. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, and at least 10+ years of progressive, international, HR-related experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
- A master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 10+ years progressive, international, HR-related experience
- Experience in a manufacturing and or operations environment is strongly preferred
- Executive level experience
- Ability to influence, lead and drive execution into the functions/region through close partnership and collaboration with the broader HR function
