
Job description
We are seeking a Process & Equipment Engineer with specialization in plasma processes to support and optimize semiconductor manufacturing. The role focuses on plasma-based deposition, etching, and ashing technologies, including PECVD, RIE, IBE, and various etch systems.
You will be responsible for process development, tool qualification, and continuous improvement of plasma processes to ensure stable manufacturing performance, high yield, and cost-effective production.
Key responsibilities include process development and optimization, equipment engineering, data analysis and continuous improvement, and collaboration and documentation.
