SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER

The SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams supporting new product development projects, adhering to the LEANPD process, and ensuring projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably additional business administration background
• Ability to manage global project teams with key functions in multiple regions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience in requirements evaluation, scheduling, and solving resource issues
• Proven leadership in a matrix organization, able to lead by influence without authority
• Integrative thinking and analytical skills
