SQ ENGINEER III

The SQ Engineer III will lead and drive suppliers’ quality improvement, handle customer complaints, and investigate root causes of quality issues. The role will also involve regular quality system audits, performance metrics development, and supplier performance assessments.

Requirements

• B.S. degree (or above) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years’ working experience in supplier quality or in related quality function areas
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, SPC, FMEA
• Strong root cause analytical and problem-solving skills like 8D, 5-Why and 5M1E
• Good knowledge in quality tools such as BKM, Cpk,8D
• Demonstrated negotiation skills, good communication in bridging between TE and suppliers as quality side
• Fluent in English, including writing, reading, speaking
