SR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER

Job Description: SR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER at TE Connectivity in QINGDAO, China. Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies and processes to improve quality, cost, and cycle time. Lead process development and tooling design for Connector Assembly. Requirements: Bachelor of Science or above degree in engineering, 8+ years experience in Connector Assembly process development or automation development, excellent team and communication skills. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or above degree in engineering
• 8+ years experience in Connector Assembly process development or automation development
• Good team work and communication skills (for TE internal and Outside suppliers)
• Skillful in using Auto-cad (ZW-cad), 3D CAD software as SpaceClaim or Pro/e
• Knowledge of quality control, PFMEA
• Good trouble shooting skill – Investigation of failure mode, Analysis root cause, Make corrective actions, Follow up the action result, as FACA cycle
• English communication skill- Fluent in written and Spoken English
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process for Connector. Stamping, Molding and Plating
