Job Description
Develop and design connector non-standard automatic equipment, evaluate feasibility, execute machine mechanism design, follow parts fabrication, installation and testing, and solve problems until delivery. Implement manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput.
Requirements
- Develop and design connector non-standard automatic equipment
- Evaluate the new auto machine feasibility
- Execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing
- Follow parts fabrication and machine setup & conditioning
- Solve problems in conditioning and trial run before machine delivery to mass production
- Compile machine engineering document and filing
- Estimate and control machine cost
- Establish and execute automation design standard
- Participate in existing machine design upgrading
- Handle machine or auto assembly line which are established by external automation suppliers
- Set up new automatic assembly lines outside China
