Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer – Fiber Optics to drive the design, development, and implementation of next generation manufacturing technologies and processes for our fiber optic products.

Requirements

• Execute manufacturing deliverables for the New Product Development (NPD) Phase Gate process
• Provide DFM/DFA input during early stages of product design
• Conduct manufacturing capacity analysis and value stream mapping
• Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to drive cost optimization and productivity
