SR MGR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING - Busbar

Lead a team of process development and automation engineers to develop assembly processes for busbar assemblies and coordinate with manufacturing engineering team on mass production transition. Develop power cable assembly manufacturing process, drive excellence in existing manufacturing technologies, and implement new manufacturing technologies. Support product development, maintain communication with project management team, and facilitate cross-function communication.

• Support supply chain to verify supplier compliance and capability
• Maintain communication with project management team
• Prioritize and time manage a portfolio of projects
• Provide readouts to Director and VP level cross function management
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-function communication
