SR R&D/PRODUCT DVL ENGINEER

Sr. R&D Product Development Engineer responsible for developing new products and sustaining existing product lines, with a focus on Low voltage / High Voltage / Charge Inlet / Infotainment Connectors. Lead product development / product design projects, facilitate development processes, and apply Six Sigma / Quality methodologies.

Requirements

• Lead the Product Development / Product Design projects
• Facilitate development processes, coordinate for materials selection and component integration
• Convert customer and market requirements into product design
• Apply Six Sigma / Quality methodologies to design, development and delivery of technology products and process
• Drive to implements DFM (molding, stamping & assembly) methodologies to standardize product designs and reduce cost
• Maintain On Time, On Quality & On Cost for all development projects
• Preparing design verification test plans, Design & participate to prepare Process FMEAs
• Contributing to technical function initiatives across various initiatives
