Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in electronics industry technical sales
- Serve as the primary interface between the Hyperscale OEM customer contacts in Taiwan and TE Connectivity
- Work with TE ODM sales, local Hyperscale OEM contacts, local TE quality team and customer quality teams, TE and customer program managers and TE factory management team to drive TE's strategy
- Work closely with customer procurement teams to negotiate pricing, manage Master Pricing, and also ensure corresponding ODM pricing in Asia
- Obtain OEM Hyperscale forecasts to align with ODM for proactive forecast entry
- Manage MSFT AVAP Price table maintenance and weekly reviews with TWN GSM team
- Strong program management skills to drive expedites/escalations on deliveries and quality issues
- Work closely with TE FAEs and System Architects to ensure the team is supporting the global customer as necessary to become the preferred supplier
- Maintain a high level of awareness in regard to industry trends and competitive activity within the Hyperscale market
- Drive sales growth through execution of market segment strategies and drive down aging inventories
- Support VMI hub management - Weekly Supply & Demand updates to local GSM team required with all related pre and post meeting actions
- Effectively communicate with all other team members locally and across regions, especially the USA-based Hyperscale counterpart for the same account to promote the business needs of the customer
