STRATEGIC SOURCING ANALYST III (Tooling)

Job Title: STRATEGIC SOURCING ANALYST III (Tooling) The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will support the development and execution of commodity strategies for tooling, capital production equipment, services, and spare components across the Americas region. Reporting into Global Indirect Procurement, this role partners with business units to deliver competitive commercial outcomes, strong supplier performance, and reliable supply - while helping strengthen the Mexico-based tooling supply network.

Requirements

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide proactive sourcing and commercial guidance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies (RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting) to improve total cost, lead time, and service.
• Use standard procurement tools and processes to deliver measurable value (savings/cost avoidance) and support regional/global goals.
• Own enablement of internal sourcing workflows (eRFQ/e-quote) and support continuous improvement and new-tool adoption for stakeholders and suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and compliance (delivery, quality, responsiveness) and drive issue resolution and process improvements.
