SUPV II STAMPING

The position is responsible for production and quality with focus on productivity and building systems. Coordinate with operators and engineers to implement TEOA tools. To ensure 5S+1 level at all times at highest level. Maintaining shop discipline is more essential.

Requirements

• Issuing production orders to floor
• Upkeeping the Stamping machines in running conditions
• Ensuring availability of stamping materials on time for production
• Allocating head count in shop
• Escalating production stoppages to all concerned stakeholders
• Ensuring timely delivery of production orders
• Educating and training operators
• Coordinating with inter-department
• Driving TEOA culture in shop floor
• Coordinating with Manufacturing Engineer for new product development and process improvement
• Assessing resource requirements
• Tracking material variance/consumable/chemical
• Conducting Go meeting/PIM meeting
• Reviewing TEOA deployment
• Ensuring labour productivity of the function
