Registered Nurse - Te Rito e Tupu Ana | Well Child

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our Te Rito e Tupu Ana (Well Child) Team to support the health and wellbeing of pēpi and tamariki from birth to 5-years, working in whānau homes and health centres, providing culturally appropriate care and coordinating with health and social services.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a current APC.
• Proven experience in child health, community nursing or Well Child services.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently as required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with diverse communities
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and how it can be shown in practice
• Proficiency in the use of digital health technologies and clinical information systems
