Online Community Manager

We’re seeking an Online Community Manager to advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision by growing the AI Literacy & Creator Collective (AI LCC), a rapidly expanding global community of 63 countries and thousands of pioneering educators. You’ll foster meaningful peer-to-peer learning experiences across social platforms including WhatsApp, connecting educators across cultures, languages, and time zones.

Requirements

• Experience building, scaling, and managing high-engagement digital communities
• Demonstrated experience in distributed or facilitative leadership models
• Experience working across global and cross-cultural contexts
• Deep, hands-on experience with foundation models
• Content creation and design tools proficiency
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing across multiple digital platforms
