Operations Supervisor

Team Global Express is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their team in Townsville. The successful candidate will oversee the performance, safety, and coordination of truck drivers, forklift operators, and dockhands across the depot, while driving depot performance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing frontline operational staff in a similar environment
• Demonstrated experience in transport and logistics (both FCL & LCL freight) is preferred
• Proven problem-solving capability, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
