We are looking for a Project Controller who connects finance and operations and ensures grip on project finance, processes and return.

Requirements

• monitoring budgets, margins and costs of more than 170 projects per month
• responsibility for project administration and financial project control
• preparing and maintaining project forecasts and recalculation
• monitoring hours, freelancers, purchases and project costs
• signaling budget overruns and operational inefficiencies
• functioning as a financial business partner for operations and production
• setting up and improving project reports and dashboards
• ensuring correct project invoicing and revenue recognition
• analyzing project returns and resource utilization
• optimizing processes between finance, operations and production
• supporting monthly closures and financial reports
• improving data quality and project control within project management systems
