
Job description
The M&A Specialist supports the execution of the company's growth strategy by contributing to the end-to-end M&A process. The role provides analytical and operational support across all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from market scouting and target analysis to deal execution and post-merger integration.
Support the end-to-end M&A process, assist in market scouting and target identification, contribute to the evaluation of acquisition targets, and support due diligence activities.
This position offers strong exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in complex transactions within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
