M&A Specialist

Role Overview

The M&A Specialist supports the execution of the company's growth strategy by contributing to the end-to-end M&A process. The role provides analytical and operational support across all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from market scouting and target analysis to deal execution and post-merger integration.

What You Will Do

Support the end-to-end M&A process, assist in market scouting and target identification, contribute to the evaluation of acquisition targets, and support due diligence activities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or similar roles

• Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn within a complex and evolving business context
