As a Retention & Prevention Manager, you will lead a high-impact team to reduce churn, deepen customer relationships, and get ahead of risk. You will be a key architect of our customer value strategy, turning complex data into sharp insights and decisions.
Define and drive retention and prevention strategies, translate data into actionable intelligence, build alignment across teams, and introduce scalable processes and tools.
