The Senior Director of Data and Analysis (Insurance Life) will ensure that all systems meet business / company requirements as well as industry best practices. The incumbent will integrate emerging data management technologies and software techniques into existing data structures and develop procedures for exploiting data, modeling data, and producing data.

- Perform technical superdata (source @ target mapping, schema, guides.)
- Develop data pipelines and microservices
- Develop and maintain internal customer framework for Deep Learning (DL)
- Identify and maintain the company-wide Deep Learning infrastructure and architecture roadmap
- Lead solutions and ensure that new projects are aligned with the company's CNTT design
- Establish, develop, and maintain a Machine Learning (ML) ecosystem supporting system
- Produce machine learning models to meet high and strict SLA requirements
- Analyze user requirements and manage demand for current or proposed projects
- Collaborate with management and prioritize products in backlog
- Implement budgeting and planning; Plan, monitor, and lead projects;
- Manage project conflicts, challenges, and business-driven requirements
- Work with team leads to resolve people and project roadblocks
- Monitor and enforce resource and cost planning at the department level
- Attract, onboard, and retain talent aligned with the organization's culture
- Establish and communicate KRA/KPI, objectives, action plans, expectations, and results to direct reports
- Manage departmental work efficiency and provide regular feedback
- Identify required skill sets and facilitate skill development of team members
- Foster motivation and recognize contributions from team members to achieve common goals
- Identify talent and track their skill development and career progression within the department
