The Senior Officer Customer Relationship Management is responsible for caring for and advising a group of retail customers, including small businesses at the branch. The role involves managing a portfolio of customers, developing new customer portfolios, and collaborating with relevant departments to process customer applications and provide post-disbursement support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in all fields. Priority: Economics
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions or other positions in banks specializing in personal customers, lending, disbursement, or small business customers
- Knowledge of lending, disbursement, and other banking products
- Good communication and sales skills, ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to calculate and provide the best product options for customers and the bank
- Ability to learn quickly and grasp new information, able to handle high work pressure
- Good physical appearance, friendly demeanor
