Site Lead

Role Overview

The Site Lead will oversee daily operations and site personnel, ensuring safe operations and high-quality services for the USAF ACC Primary Training Range contract at Mountain Home AFB in Idaho.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary on-site contractor authority, oversee daily range operations, maintenance activities, and administrative functions, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Operations Management, Range Operations, Military Training Support, or Base Operations
• Prior experience serving in a leadership or supervisory role in support of USAF bombing and gunnery ranges is REQUIRED
• Demonstrated experience managing safety, environmental, and compliance programs
• Strong knowledge of DoD operational procedures and range safety standards
• Applicants MUST possess and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance
