- Proficiency in managing costs related to after-sales service, warranty, and overall cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction, with a focus on repair rates and service job efficiency.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Excellent skills in presenting information clearly and negotiating effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and develop effective training solutions.
