Export Control Subject Matter Expert

TechOp Solutions seeks a Senior Professional with subject matter expertise in export regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC) to support a high-profile federal compliance program.

Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong analytical and writing capabilities
• Proven leadership experience
• Deep subject matter expertise in export regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC)
• Experience with ITAR and/or EAR
• Ability to understand technical parameters of items/technologies contained in the ITAR’s USML and the EAR’s ECCNS
• Active TS SCI eligible clearance
