Business Analyst

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at TechTorch, you will bridge business and technology by translating complex business needs into clear, structured requirements. You will work closely with business leaders, delivery managers, and engineering teams to analyze current-state processes, leverage data and AI-driven insights, and support the design and delivery of scalable digital solutions.

What You Will Do

Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gather and analyze business and functional requirements, map current-state and future-state processes, analyze operational and business data, create dashboards and visualizations, and translate business needs into functional specifications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in consulting or enterprise environments
• Background in management or technology consulting (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent strongly preferred)
• Proven experience working on technology and digital transformation projects, including data, AI, CRM, or automation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience translating business needs into technical or process-driven solutions
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience using modern prototyping or demo tools (e.g. Lovable or similar) to support early-stage concepts and stakeholder alignment is a strong plus
• Exposure to Salesforce or CRM ecosystems is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar are advantageous
