Facilities Assistant

The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for general facilities tasks, with the goal of maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Responsibilities include cleanup and organizational activities, assisting maintenance with assignments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas, maintenance rooms, and storage spaces.

Requirements

• Ability to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and/or moderate noise levels.
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials.
• Experience with tools (vacuums, drills, etc.)
