
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage the HR function across our group, by supporting people motivation and long term engagement, strategic talent sourcing and onboarding as well as legal compliance with Lebanese labor laws. Our group’s foundations are based on strong values focusing on people’s development, upskilling and wellbeing in their work environment, while they commit to give their best in terms of strong engagement and continuous quest for excellence in their daily tasks.
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, or grievances. Foster employee engagement through structured communication and feedback loops. Promote well-being and inclusivity across the organization.
This role requires 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT services or technology sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
