Job description
Join a long-term mission as an external scrum master at Murex, with the opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise environment, adopting the practice at a large scale. Facilitate agile ceremonies, support teams in adopting and adhering to Agile principles, and collaborate closely with Product Owners.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Support teams in adopting and adhering to Agile principles and the team operating model. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed and prioritized product backlogs.
Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a significant advantage.
