We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to help us build out the team in the USA. You will be responsible for managing hiring from A to Z, designing and delivering a world-class hiring process, and driving local employer branding efforts. Our company exists to help every person flourish at work and we want to make work better and fairer for millions of people.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition
- Previous experience working in a fast growth tech startup or scaleup, or experience working in a search firm
- Can-do attitude, organized, and eye for detail
- Ability to evangelize company culture and radiate energy and enthusiasm
