Product Analysis Specialist

Role Overview

Teciem designs, builds, and delivers treasury and capital markets software solutions for financial institutions worldwide. The Product Analysis Specialist will collaborate with the Development and Product Management teams on product requirements, design, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.

What You Will Do

The Product Analysis Specialist will act as a reference for investment accounting, hedge accounting product management of Fusion Invest and Sophis, create recommendations and feature definitions, gather information from stakeholders, and perform product system impact analysis.

Requirements

• Experience as Accounting Consulting, Auditing, Product owner or Business Analyst on accounting relative topics
• Accounting background mandatory (master’s in Accounting, Management, Control)
• Investment accounting on vanilla and derivatives instruments, and hedge accounting is a differentiator
• Financial industry experience, derivatives experiment is a plus
• Proficient with Accounting software applications
• Experience on Fusion Invest or Sophis (not mandatory)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong technical, analytical, and development skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to organize and lead others in accomplishing project goals and objectives
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of defining system and functional requirements
