Laborer

This Laborer position involves providing day-to-day field operations, adhering to guidelines, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include assisting roofers and foremen, performing maintenance, and lifting up to 50 pounds. High school education or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• Complete work in a professional, safe manner and to the specification, & satisfaction of the customer
• Assist Skilled Roofers and Foremen
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned
• Must possess hand-eye coordination to use hand tools
• Ability to perform hard physical labor
• Ability to lift, unaided, 50 pounds
• Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control
• Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety
• Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage
