TEHORA is seeking a functional analyst to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations, analyzing user and system functional needs, and writing detailed functional specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis, including 2 years in a digital transformation context
- Hold certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA (asset)
- Master the modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Enterprise Architect)
- Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies
- Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Rigour and result-oriented
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
