TEHORA is seeking a geomatics consultant with solid experience in their field of expertise to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in geomatics, geography, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in geomatics, including 2 years in consulting or GIS architecture
- Esri Certified (ArcGIS Enterprise), or equivalent certification
- Mastering GIS platforms (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, QGIS Server)
- Experience in developing geospatial applications (JavaScript, Python,.NET)
- Knowledge of spatial databases (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, SQL Server Spatial)
- Understanding of interoperability issues (OGC standards, API REST)
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership and ability to lead complex projects
- Innovative spirit and solution-oriented
