The Construction Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of project execution on the jobsite, including planning, scheduling, staffing, safety, quality control, and budget management.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in industrial or utility construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods associated with the specific project types
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent)
- NCCCO Rigger Level II certification preferred
