The Construction Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of project execution on the jobsite, including planning, scheduling, staffing, safety, quality control, and budget management. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within defined scope and budget parameters.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in industrial or utility construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods associated with the specific project types
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent)
- NCCCO Rigger Level II certification preferred
