Requirements
- 2+ years managing outbound SDR or BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Coaching-first, question-based management philosophy
- Strong data fluency and funnel analysis skills
- Deep outbound expertise
- Experience managing multiple product motions or segments simultaneously
- High comfort with ambiguity
- Remote management experience
- Strong cross-functional instincts
