IT Systems Coordinator

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-driven IT Systems Coordinator to keep our IT operations running smoothly. This role owns device management, hybrid workforce support, office network infrastructure, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance evidence — working closely with Security and HR in a SOC 2 / ISO 27001 environment.

What You Will Do

Provide technical support to a hybrid and remote workforce, deploy and maintain macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) devices, manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Google Workspace, and more.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in IT support or systems coordination
• Proficiency with Jamf, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Google Workspace
• Network administration experience (UniFi or comparable)
• PowerShell and Bash scripting; familiarity with REST APIs
• Strong documentation habits and detail-oriented work style
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks
• Clear communicator; organized, reliable, and self-directed
