
Job description
We are seeking a System Administrator to join our team at TekSynap, a fast-growing high-tech company that understands the pace of technology today and the need for a comprehensive well-planned information management environment.
Perform day-to-day systems administration and operational support for assigned infrastructure platforms and services, including reviewing, updating, and fulfilling ServiceNow tickets, supporting Unix/Linux Server Support Services, and maintaining accurate ticket notes and operational records.
This role requires experience performing systems administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support in enterprise IT environments, as well as the ability to support recurring service requests, incidents, and change-related work while maintaining accurate status and documentation.
