Job description
We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter who is eager to start a career in IT recruiting. In this role, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers, learn the fundamentals of technical recruiting, and build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn, support the full recruitment lifecycle, build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and learn about IT roles, technologies, and the tech job market through hands-on training.
Strong communication skills, fluency in German and English, interest in IT and technology, and a willingness to learn technical concepts are required. Previous sales/recruiting experience and experience working in a performance-driven environment are a plus.
